  • ARTWORK: ALL Artwork created by L0ve365 arts LLC is the intellectual property of the artist and company.  All creations are subject to licensing rules as stated in certificate of authenticity/receipt/Terms of purchase [This includes commissions in which the artist shares 50% licensing with the requesting individual, unless otherwise negotiated].  as a part of the catalogue the contact information of those who currently hold artwork Must be updated with the artist once a piece is sold.  NO one Purchase contract/certificate of authenticity/receipt/Term of purchase is alike outside of these generally stated terms.

  • Commissions: Commissioned items require a 50% deposit upon request & will have a set projected completion date based on what is requested.  all commissions will come with a certificate of authenticity.  Licensing and Restrictions apply to all intellectual property created through the assistance and ormental capacity of l0ve365, L0ve365 Arts LLC, or Michelle Simpson.  For details on reproduction of commissions, please speak with the artist so that it can be included in the original bill of sale/certificate of authenticity/purchase contract.

  • ORDER PROCESSING: ORDER PROCESSING CAN TAKE 3 WEEKS to 2 months, AS PRINTS ARE MADE TO ORDER PER CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS AND ARE NOT PRINTED UNTIL PAYMENT has cleared.  Originals and commissions also require drying and sealing time.  Unless the buyer specifies they prefer to schedule for sealing of a painting later (this can effect color vibrancy until the painting is sealed).

  • Shipping: All prices quoted do not include shipping.  Shipping costs are estimated  at the time of check out and may be updated upon actual calculation.  any changes to shipping costs will be addressed directly via email with individual customers.  all orders are shipped as soon as possible within 3 business days of payment clearance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
  • Return POLICY: ALL sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges.  all products are either one of a kind or hand made upon request.
